Room Details

- The above rates are for single and double, inclusive of Breakfast and are non-commissionable.
- The above rates are inclusive of 10% service charge and applicable tax currently at 7%.
- The above rates are applicable for FIT booking (1-3 rooms) only and must indicate

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Term of payment  :  50% deposit must be paid immediately otherwise the hotel shall be free to release the room reserved and   100% deposit must be paid for 1 night stay only.

2. Credit Card accepted :  Visa, Master, AMEX

3. Check in /Check out time  :  is at 12.00 noon .   

4. Child Policy  :  For a child under 12 years old sharing room (only) with parents is free of charge.

5.  Meal Rates  :   Breakfast  Baht 220 nett,  50% charge for child under 12 years old

6. Cancellation  :  A written notice must be received and confirmed by the hotel not least than specified hereunder ;   
1-3 rooms               :               3 Days prior to arrival
Otherwise the deposit and pre-payment will be forfeited automatically.

7. No Show :  The hotel reserves the right to charge 1 night for each room.

8. Early Check out  :  The hotel reserves the right to charge the full-length stay.
